State Farm® Insurance Agent Scotty Doucet

"State Farm has been an absolute lifesaver for my family. In the past I had Allstate, Geico, Progressive. And liberty mutual- they charged me so much money, and then when I needed them their customer service was horrible and they would basically tell me I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do for me. Since switching to State Farm, I have had a completely different experience.

Over the last two years, I cannot tell you how many times I’ve needed roadside assistance. Not only did they tow my car for free, they offered help paying for an Uber. If I needed it, they checked in with me repeatedly to make sure I was OK, to make sure someone had picked up my vehicle, and to make sure I got to where I needed to go and that I was safe. The whole process was extremely easy and quick- I could go in the app and have it done in Minutes. The claims process was a breeze when my car broke down and was totaled, and even after my car was totaled, they made sure that I was taken care of, put my policy on hold while I looked for a new car, explain to me how the process would work as far as payments and coverage, and it was so easy and took so much weight off of my chest to know that all I had to do was have a Quick chat on the phone with very kind customer service reps, they would pick up my car, and I would get a check in the mail for it.

Besides all of that awesomeness, they have the cheapest prices out there. I have had so many different coverages, and they are by far the best prices. Comprehensive coverage, low deductibles, roadside assistance, and rental protection under 200 bucks! The cherry on top? BEST customer service. Whitney and Lacey, if you’re reading this, you are absolute angels and I appreciate you both so much. They really take care of you and take the time to explain everything, help you, and make sure you’re okay.
